3. Disclosure of Personal Data
Service Providers
We disclose personal data to providers who help us operate the Service:
- AI providers — your chat messages and uploaded files are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the AI providers whose models you use.
- Payment processors — payments are handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting providers — the Service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.
- Error monitoring — we use error and performance monitoring services to detect and fix problems with the Service.
We only share personal data with service providers that are bound by contractual obligations to protect it with safeguards that are at least as protective as those described in this policy, and to process it only to provide services to us.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy will continue to apply to your personal data transferred to the new entity.

However, no system is completely secure, and no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
6. Data Retention
- Information we retain until you delete it: Chat history and uploaded files are kept until you delete them or your account. You may delete individual chats at any time.
- Account information: We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and delete it when you request account deletion.
- Information we may retain for longer: We may retain certain personal data after deletion where we are legally required to do so, to address fraud and abuse, for security reasons, or for financial record-keeping (for example, payment and transaction records).

- Access and download your chat data.
- Delete your chats and uploaded files.
- Request account deletion.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Children's Privacy
