Clients can use this URI as a stable, machine-readable identifier to programmatically detect and handle this error type without parsing detail.

Common Causes

Your prepaid credit balance has been exhausted for the current billing period.
You have not enabled overage billing on your account.

Resolution

Enable overages in your billing settings or upgrade to a higher-tier subscription.
